Understanding and appreciating the magnitude of a coach; the importance of the role, particularly at this level. Our job is not only to prepare them to be the best athletes, but also to prepare them to be the best humans they can be. The lessons learned on the gridiron will carry them for a lifetime. Therefore in the simplest terms possible, we will do whatever it takes to motivate our young people to be the very best that they can be. We believe there is no cookie cutter approach to building successful young people. So we will use every resource available to reach every young person in our program. We will handle with care, knowing how fragile they can be at this stage in life. I have learned through the years that confidence is the key ingredient to success. We will not damage the confidence of any young person in our program. We will build them up through consistent, purpose driven intent on the mission. We will be in constant pursuit of perfection!
